Right above the word legend there is a thin strip from side to side, and down the sides, that is no longer sealed. They essentially cut a flap in the seal to access the boxes content. Must have been carefully cut back in the day. This is the only portion not sealed. You will be required to sign for this. If you have any questions just let me know.
