Comes with three controllers: SNES, Super Famicom, and third party. Has RF box and Power Adapter included. Box has a few dents in it. I'm going to include two free games with manuals: Super Mario World and NHL Stanley Cup.

The labels on each game are near mint, and the Super Mario World Manual is also very good to near mint. The NHL Stanley Cup has some bends in the spine and creases, and the rear shell has some discoloration.
