I would say the over all condition is good used condition. The box is in good used condition but does show signs of wear with scuffing to the edges and corners and there are some creases to the box, there is a crease to the bottom outside and some on the front.

L, there are also 2 stickers to the front. The cart is in good to very good condition and there is a sticker on the front of it.

The instructions are in used condition and show signs of wear with creases to the front and back. Please study the pictures for exact condition.
