This one is for a brand new set of component/YPbPr cables for the Super Nintendo made by HD Retrovision. Cables are brand new and in their original packaging, factory sealed. Compatible with additional consoles, such as N64 (Nintendo 64) when used with HD Retrovision approved console modification services. This product is designed for use with the original full-sized SNES and SFC consoles.

It cannot be used with the smaller "Super Nintendo Jr" (SNS-101) or "Super Famicom Jr" (SHVC-101), with exceptions (RGB Modifications required). This product does not output High-Definition (HD) signals, and your TV or monitor must support Standard-Definition "240p" (NTSC/60hz regions) or "288p" (PAL/50hz regions) over its YPbPr input(s). An external video processor may be required to interface with unsupported displays or equipment. This cable has a contrast switch for adjusting for certain console revisions that are too bright or too dark. Please remove the protective cap before use.

The darker setting (away from the sun icon) is recommended with later versions of the SNES and SFC. For properly RGB modded N64's and SNES Jr's (SNS-101), the brighter setting is recommended. It cannot be used with the smaller "Super Nintendo Jr" (SNS-101) or "Super Famicom Jr" (SHVC-101), unless the console is modified with an HD Retrovision-approved modification service. In low light conditions, it's easy to accidentally swap the green and blue connections on this YPbPr cable. If you receive no signal on your display or A/V equipment, please use a light source to help you verify the colors match the corresponding connections. If you hear a buzzing noise and/or get a picture with a blue hue when using this YPbPr cable, please check that the two RCA plugs are not swapped upon connecting to your A/V equipment.

The red plug which has its red wire clipped to the white wire is for RIGHT AUDIO. The other red plug is for the Pr video. Please match these with the corresponding labels on your target device. Video Noise issues are commonly caused by using a poorly designed power supply with your game console. If you're getting video noise when using this YPbPr cable, please try an original first-party E.

Nintendo, Sega, Sony, etc power supply or an alternative recommended by HD Retrovision. If you get a "No Signal" or "Mode Not Supported" message on your TV/monitor, it is possible it cannot display 240p/288p video signals over its YpbPr/Component inputs.
