There is also a dust sleeve and baggie that came with the game originally, that are also included. The game is in great condition. The box is a solid, molded plastic for the top portion, then a standard cardboard material for the bottom portion. The plastic part is in great shape with no chips or cracks.

There is some tape residue that is clearly visible on the front. The bottle, normal cardboard portion of the box has some shelf wear, particularly on the edges and corners where you would expect. The cartridge is very clean except for tape residue on the label. I didnt want to clean the residue off and risk damaging the colors of the label which are bright and vibrant. Otherwise, the cartridge is very clean and works perfectly. See the pictures for details. These pictures are of the actual game that you will be purchasing.
