Star Fox Super Weekend Cart SNES Super Nintendo Game Cartridge! The cartridge pictured is the ACTUAL game you will receive, game has been tested and case has been opened to confirm authenticity. Photos are included of the internal board. Exterior plastic cartridge and internal board has not been cleaned. The cartridge/ sticker shows wear, please see my photos.

The Super StarFox Weekend competition was held from April 30 May 2, 1993. It took place at roughly 1500 different locations throughout the US including stores such as Toys R Us, Kay-Bee, Blockbuster, and Electronics Boutique. All participants received a StarFox pin. Those that scored over 70,000 points received a t-shirt.

The winner from each store was awarded a bomber jacket. The cart itself was released later, primarily through the Nintendo Super Power Supplies catalog which was available to Nintendo Power subscribers. It contains modified levels of the regular StarFox game, and an additional level made exclusively for the competition. The game is timed with the goal of attaining the most points in the allotted 4-minute time.
