Game - 9 out of 10 - works great, there is a little discoloration on the rear shell but that can be replaced - a long time ago we also placed a replacement label on the cart which can be seen in picture 4, where the old one is still underneath. When we originally bought the card, half the label was damaged, so we put this one on top, but if you want, you are free to take the new label off (we think it looks amazing). The shell is authentic to Super Turrican 2.

The chip is USA version authentic. The only thing that's new is the new label ON TOP of the OLD label which is still there.
